Job summary

Ethos Education Ltd in Lewisham, South East London, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support children’s development in an inclusive nursery. The role requires a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years and prior childcare experience.

This full-time position offers a 40-hour week across 4 or 5 days, with shifts from 7:30am to 6:30pm. Salary is £30k per year, with opportunities for progression and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• Experience in childcare setting essential.
• Knowledge of EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Provide a safe, stimulating, language-rich environment for children.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Carry out observations to track and assess children’s progress.
