Job summary

Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support children’s development in a warm, caring setting.

You will plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS, safeguarding requirements, and foster positive partnerships with parents and colleagues. Level 2/3 qualifications with a passion for inclusive learning are preferred; generous benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development toward milestones
• Create a safe environment that encourages expression, exploration and a lifelong love of learning
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support children's progress
