TeacherActive is working with an established nursery in Tamworth to provide a warm, nurturing environment for children aged 1 to 5. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will bring learning to life through imaginative play, creative activities and meaningful interactions, while supporting development in line with EYFS.

This temporary role offers a real chance for progression, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is desirable.
• Experience working with children aged 1 to 5 in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support children's development through EYFS-aligned play and activities.
• Contribute to a safe, caring environment for young learners.
• Work as part of a welcoming team to deliver high-quality care.
