- Support children's individual learning journeys, celebrating their progress and helping them reach their full potential.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers through our Satchel app, face-to-face conversations and written observations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure Kindred's policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive, welcoming nursery environment.
- Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and children's wellbeing at all times.
- As an Early Years Practitioner (Nursery Nurse), you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding care and education while creating a warm, home-from-home environment where children feel safe, happy and inspired to learn., A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Current Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
- Safeguarding and Child Protection training (full training will be provided).
- Current Food Hygiene Certificate.
