The Oak Partnership Trust is seeking a Nursery Practitioner for Little Herons Nursery, West Monkton. The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years and a passion for high-quality early years education.

You will provide a safe, stimulating environment for children as young as 2, and work closely with parents and colleagues. This permanent part-time position is 30 hours per week all year round, with a salary of £21,094.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years
• Knowledge of OFSTED Standards and Inspections
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children
• Demonstrate drive towards absolute excellence

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality childcare in a safe and caring environment for children as young as 2.
• Monitor key children's development.
• Ensure effective communication with parents, other professionals and outside agencies.
• Be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the children and the setting.
