The Oak Partnership Trust is seeking a Nursery Practitioner for Little Herons Nursery at West Monkton Primary School in Taunton. This permanent, part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality early years education to two-year-olds and above, within a caring environment.

You will monitor development, maintain strong parent communication, and uphold safeguarding and the trust's Christian ethos throughout daily practice.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years as required.
• Knowledge of OFSTED standards and safeguarding.
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality childcare in a safe and caring environment for children as young as 2.
• Monitor key children's development and communicate progress to parents.
• Be flexible to the needs of children and setting; support ethos and Christian distinctiveness.
