Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Limited is supporting a welcoming nursery in Oxford to recruit a Nursery Practitioner. The role delivers high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 and offers permanent, full-time or part-time contracts with flexible patterns.

The salary ranges from £28,000 to £30,000 per year, with up to 40 hours per week. Essential: Level 2/3 Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, DBS check, and experience in UK nurseries.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised).
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework.
• Experience working in UK nursery settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
• Support children's development in line with EYFS.
• Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards.
• Work collaboratively within the nursery team.
