Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Nursery Practitioner for a busy 70-place nursery in Wakefield. You will support children aged 0-5, provide engaging activities and maintain a safe, positive EYFS-aligned environment. Both part-time and full-time hours are available.

The successful candidate will hold Level 2/3 Early Years qualification (or QTS), have EYFS experience, and demonstrate a reliable, flexible approach. PAYE payroll and 24/7 consultant support accompany competitive pay rates.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or QTS.
• Experience with children aged 0-5 in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children.
• The ability to adapt across different nursery rooms and age groups.
• A reliable and flexible approach to work.
