Bright Horizons Harpenden Luton Road Day Nursery and Preschool is hiring an Early Years Practitioner. You will plan and deliver engaging activities for preschoolers, tailoring learning to each child while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.

You will work closely with colleagues and families, uphold EYFS standards, and participate in DBS checks. The role offers a supportive culture with development opportunities within a respected childcare provider.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities for preschoolers (EYFS).
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection requirements.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
