Bright Horizons Long Road Day Nursery & Pre-School in Cambridge is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and review engaging activities for children, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment that supports each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Must hold Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Demonstrate passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to key children.
• Provide a safe environment that supports expression and fosters a love of learning.
• Monitor development towards milestones and adapt activities accordingly.
