Job summary

Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner. You will plan, create, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development toward key milestones in a safe, inclusive learning environment.

You will deliver fun, age-appropriate experiences aligned with EYFS, safeguarding standards, and strong family partnerships, contributing to a supportive HEART culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/caregivers.
