Job summary

The role requires Level 3 NVQ in Early Years Education/Childcare or higher, and prior EY setting experience. A paediatric first aid qualification is desirable; we value initiative, collaboration and a passion for early years learning.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the early years team to provide high-quality care for two- to five-year-olds.
• Assist with curriculum planning and daily activities for the EYFS.
• Act as a key worker for a small group of children when required, liaising with parents/carers.
• Attend in-service training and maintain confidentiality of information.
