• Support and follow consistent daily routines, indoors and outdoors, meeting each child's developmental needs.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, using observations to plan next steps in learning.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's development and update learning journeys on Famly.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on progress and daily experiences.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming environment that celebrates diversity and meets individual needs.
• Support children's independence during mealtimes and encourage positive hygiene habits.
