Job summary

Nursery Village Ltd is hiring a dedicated childcare practitioner to support early years education and daily routines for children under five. You will deliver high-quality play and learning opportunities, support individual needs, and work within an inclusive, safety-first environment.

Applicants should have a recognised Level 3 qualification and a Paediatric First Aid certificate, with knowledge of Ofsted EYFS requirements.

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 qualification.
• A Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Sufficient understanding and use of English.
• Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and the EYFS. This is essential
• Ability to work as a team member but also manage and organise own workload
• Ability to plan, provide and evaluate a wide range of play and learning opportunities which meet children's individual needs
• Ability to be a reflective practitioner in order to develop your practice
• Ability to communicate effectively with all children, staff and families
• Ability to support and develop an environment which is inclusive for all and encourages diversity.
