Job summary

Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join its 63-place setting near Rugby Station, caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will plan engaging activities, support development, and foster a love of learning in a safe, inclusive environment.

The role requires a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, strong EYFS understanding, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Practitioner, plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development towards milestones.
• Create a safe environment enabling children to express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.
