Job summary

Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford Day Nursery and Preschool in Hertfordshire is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and review engaging activities for children aged 0-5, supporting their development in a purpose-built setting.

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, in a friendly team. The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, a strong EYFS knowledge base and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Must hold full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Demonstrated passion for creating fun, inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development.
• Maintain a safe learning environment that encourages curiosity and independent learning.
• Develop trusting partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
• Deliver high-quality early years experiences across all nursery rooms.
