Job summary

Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an Early Years Practitioner. You will plan and deliver engaging activities for children, tailoring to individual needs while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment that nurtures a love of learning.

Required: Level 3+ Early Years qualification, EYFS understanding and safeguarding knowledge. This full-time role offers a 50% childcare discount, enhanced parental leave, pension, and access to development programmes.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.
