Job summary

Bright Horizons Wilmington Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a full-time Level 3 Practitioner to join our Wilmington nursery. Plan and deliver engaging activities, and foster a safe, learning-focused environment for each child.

You will support development toward key milestones, work closely with colleagues and parents, and uphold safeguarding standards. A Level 3+ Early Years qualification is required, with opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Ability to build trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for each child.
