Job summary

Bright Horizons Kings Hill Nursery is seeking a full-time Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner at West Malling, Kent. You will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development towards milestones in a safe, caring environment.

You will foster a love of learning, build strong partnerships with parents, and contribute to a setting that values honesty, excellence, accountability, respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to build trust with children, colleagues and parents.
