Bright Horizons Springfield Lodge Dartford is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver, and reflect on engaging activities that support children's development toward key milestones.

You will work in a safe, stimulating environment with a strong focus on EYFS, safeguarding, and building trusted partnerships with colleagues and parents. The role offers plenty of training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Experience safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to build trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents.
