Job summary

Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool invites an Early Years Practitioner to join our Worthing team. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development and a love of learning in a safe, nurturing setting.

You will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher), demonstrate strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding practice, and collaborate closely with colleagues and families. DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification or higher.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and DBS checks.
• Ability to plan engaging activities for key children.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and reflect on activities to support development.
• Create a safe environment and encourage self-expression.
