Job summary

Bright Horizons Portswood Day Nursery in Portswood is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities that support children's development toward key milestones. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and grow, while building strong relationships with families.

You should have a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding training, and a passion for inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification required.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Ability to build trusting partnerships with families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and reflect on engaging activities for each child.
• Provide a safe environment encouraging exploration and learning.
