Nursery: Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: Starting from £26,936 - £27,996.80 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Location: Rugby, CV21

We are looking for a full time, Level 2 or 3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Rugby situated in Hillmorton.

The nursery is proudly Ofsted rated 'Outstanding', has excellent facilities including a large outdoor garden area and a friendly team of staff. The nursery offers French as an extra curricular activity and has an amazing community partnership link with the local elderly care home. The nursery is easily accessible by public transport with lots of bus routes just a five minute walk away.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
