• Early Years Practitioner Qualification (or equivalent)
• Degree in Childhood Studies / Early Childhood (Level 6)
• EY Teacher Status
• QTS with Early Years focus
• EY Professional Status
• EY Practitioner Status

These qualifications are vital for this role due to the higher-ratio responsibilities within nursery environments.
