Job summary

Bright Horizons Abbeymore Day Nursery and Pre School in Reading is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and review engaging activities tailored to each child, helping them progress toward key milestones.

You will foster a safe, welcoming environment where children can express themselves, explore ideas and develop a lasting love of learning. Level 3 EYFS qualification and safeguarding knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers.

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development toward milestones.
• Create a safe environment that enables children to express themselves, engage their minds and foster a lifelong love of learning.
