An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their nurturing team. This part-time role involves working closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure a safe and enriching environment for children aged 0-4 years. Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years required, preferably Level 3.
• At least one year of experience in an Early Years/Childcare setting.

• Share in the planning and delivery of the EYFS.

Skills

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Understanding of Safeguarding principles

The Haven Nursery provides an outstanding caring, learning, and development environment for children aged 0-4 years.

We recognize the importance of a good early years nursery on a child's development. We are currently seeking a part-time Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the leadership of the Nursery Manager to provide safe, high-quality education and care for all children attending the setting. Responsibilities include sharing in the planning and delivery of the EYFS by offering creative and appropriate educational opportunities within an inclusive environment.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A full and relevant Level 2 qualification (minimum), preferably Level 3
• At least one year of experience working in an Early Years/Childcare setting, or at least two years of other suitable experience
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Understanding of Safeguarding principles and procedures
• Proficiency with IT, including Microsoft Office
• The ability to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army
