Qualifications

Pay: £25,200+ (depending on qualifications and experience)

We are looking for a full-time, Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Springfields Nursery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning, creating, implementing, and reflecting on engaging activities tailored to each child's development milestones
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with parents and carers
  • Promoting and ensuring child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding
  • Working with colleagues to maintain a positive, safe, and happy environment

What we’re looking for

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working with children (e.g., as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Effective communication skills with children and adults
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
