Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.

What can we offer you?

  • Career Growth: Opportunities for progression within the nursery and across society. Develop into roles like nursery manager or beyond, driven by your dreams and aspirations.
  • Learning and Development: Support through supervision, personal development plans, resources, and award-winning LEAP Apprenticeship programmes.

  • Wellbeing: Resources and tools for financial and mental wellbeing, including wellbeing apps.
