Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool in Kenilworth is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our caring team. You will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering a safe, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and lifelong learning.

We look for a full and relevant Level 2/3 Early Years qualification, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and building trusted partnerships with parents and carers.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding.
• Ability to build trusting partnerships with families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for key children.
• Foster a safe environment that encourages exploration and learning.
