Job summary

Remedy Education is assisting an Outstanding nursery in South Woodford, East London, to recruit an Early Years Practitioner on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers a salary up to 33,000 per annum with an annual bonus of up to 2,000, alongside generous leave and progression opportunities.

You will join a reputable, award-winning setting known for its holistic approach to early childhood education and strong Ofsted/NDNA credentials.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification is essential.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children.
• Support children's emotional, social and educational development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Promote children's independence, confidence and communication skills.
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards throughout the nursery.
