Remedy Education is assisting a South Woodford nursery with recruitment for an Early Years Practitioner. This outstanding setting has won awards and maintains Ofsted Outstanding status, offering a supportive and nurturing environment for children and staff.

The role requires Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare, at least two years of nursery experience, and a strong EYFS understanding. Competitive salary with a yearly bonus is on offer.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.

• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Promote children's independence, confidence and communication skills.
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards throughout the nursery.

Salary: Up to 33,000 per annum + 2,000 annual bonus

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare - Essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
