Job summary

Bright Horizons Crofton Day Nursery and Preschool in Orpington, Kent, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each of your key children, supporting development towards milestones in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will hold a full Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification, have strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to build trust with colleagues and parents, contributing to an inclusive,

Nursery: Bright Horizons Crofton Day Nursery and Preschool

Location: Orpington, Kent

Salary Level 3: £31,158.40 per annum (depends on qualifications and experience)

Salary Level 2: £29,972.80 per annum (depends on qualifications and experience)

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
