Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children in Esher. You will create a safe, stimulating environment and support each child’s milestones while fostering a love of learning.

Applicants should hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification with strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding awareness, and demonstrate collaboration with parents and colleagues to promote

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development towards key milestones
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning

Nursery – Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary – £29619 - £34,840 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Location – Esher, Surrey

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Hinchley Wood nursery.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
