Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming school in the Durham area. This full-time role supports the Nursery across all rooms, helping create a calm, nurturing space where children feel safe and ready to explore.

You will need a minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification, experience with primary-aged children and with SEND, and be a strong team player committed to pupil progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary school aged children.
• Experience working with pupils with SEND.

£462.80 - £525 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

On behalf of Advanced Learning Partnership, we are looking for a Early Years Practitioner to work full time at a lovely school in the Cramlington area. Working as part of an established team, the Early Years Practitioner will be supporting across the Nursery unit in all rooms. You would be helping create a calm, nurturing space where children feel safe, secure and ready to explore. Experience working within Early Years would be essential, as well as a minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.

Requirements

The desired Early Years Practitioner will have;

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
