Job summary

Bright Horizons Countess of Chester Nursery in Cheshire is hiring an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities, tailored to each child, while ensuring a safe, nurturing space that supports development and a lifelong love of learning.

You will work within a supportive team with a focus on EYFS practice, safeguarding, and strong partnerships with parents and carers to promote inclusive, high-quality early education.

Qualifications

• Requires Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents.

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and develop a love of learning.

Salary – from £28,072.90 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Location – Countess of Chester Health Park, Cheshire CH2 1UL

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
