Job summary

Bright Horizons Tudor House Nursery and Preschool in Burgess Hill is seeking an Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3+ Early Years qualification. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, creating a safe space where children can explore and grow.

The role focuses on EYFS delivery, safeguarding, and building strong partnerships with parents and colleagues to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3+ Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Tudor House Nursery and Preschool

Salary – Starting from £27,010 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner with a level 2 in early years to join our Bright Horizons Tudor House Nursery and Preschool.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
