Bright Horizons Chandlers Ford is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Good-rated nursery. The role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to key children, promoting development and a love of learning in a safe, supportive environment.

The post requires a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding experience, and strong partnerships with parents and colleagues. DBS checks apply.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Chandlers Ford

Salary Level 3 – £28,072.60 - £33,020.50 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Salary Level 2 – £227,009.60 - £27,823.80 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful team at Chandlers Ford. Our Bright Horizons Chandlers Ford Nursery is Ofsted rated Good. The staff take every opportunity to go on walks in the countryside that surround the nursery. Exploring the woods and seeing the lakes and nearby horses are all regular experiences at our nursery in Chandler’s Ford.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
