Job summary

Bright Horizons Countess of Chester Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and review engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development and a love of learning in a safe, expressive environment.

You will hold a full Level 3 or higher in Early Years, demonstrate EYFS understanding, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues and families.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Countess of Chester Nursery

Salary – from £28,072.90 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Location – Countess of Chester Health Park, Cheshire CH2 1UL

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
