Job summary

Bright Horizons in Shortlands (Bromley) is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development and a lifelong love of learning. You will create a safe, nurturing environment and work with a friendly team to support busy families.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and safeguarding awareness; DBS checks and safeguarding practices are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification is required.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is essential.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge and practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child.
• Provide a safe environment that supports self-expression and a love of learning.
