Job summary

Bright Horizons Shortlands is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a part-time role (20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, over lunch times) in Bromley, Kent. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering a lifelong love of learning.

The successful candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, with a strong EYFS understanding and safeguarding knowledge. Enhanced DBS checks are required for appointment.

• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
