Tany’s Dell Primary School and Nursery is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a dedicated team. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with term-time hours plus inset days.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences, assess children, and contribute to learning journeys within EYFS. LEVEL 3 - EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER

Start date: October/November 2026

Salary: Negotiable (pt 4-11 dependent on level of responsibility) (FTE: £25,914- £28,871)

Actual salary: £20,938.14- £23,327.36

Hours: Monday to Friday,8:00am - 3:45pm with 30 minute lunch break.36.25 hours a week term time onlyplus inset days

Tany’s Dell Primary School and Nursery are looking for a Nursery Nurse or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our successful team, working for 37.5 hours a week. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience working with children in a Nursery or other EYFS setting.

Our ideal candidate would:

• Be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the children to achieve.
• Be able to plan and deliver high-quality learning opportunities in both adult-directed and child-initiated contexts.
• Be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a thorough understanding of the Early Years Framework.

Planning and delivering an effective curriculum is an important part of this role and therefore candidates must have an excellent understanding of EYFS outcomes. The successful candidate must have a passion for making a change in young children’s lives.

We are looking for someone who has:
