Job description

Position: Classroom Support Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: West Midlands / Temporary / £85 - £95 per day

We are working with a highly regarded Pre-School in Selly Oak, rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, which has been supported by our agency for the past 4 years. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team, providing support in the 2-year-old room.

This full-time role involves managing your own group of key children, with potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. The working hours are Monday to Wednesday, from 8:45 am to 3:15 pm.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide general classroom support in the 2-year-old room
• Manage a group of key children, supporting their development and learning

Candidate Requirements

• At least 6 months experience working in an EYFS setting
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or EYFS (or higher)
• Strong initiative and a proactive approach
• Kind, caring, and passionate about making a difference in children's lives
• Hard-working attitude and excellent team spirit
