Part Time Early Years Practitioner (Unqualified)

16 hours per week £12.26 per hour

Fixed Term to December 2025 – thereafter pending future funding

Just like our children, our waiting lists are growing! In each of our 20 settings we create experiences that are special, unique and child focused. Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met.We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner to support a small group of children with communication and interaction needs.

A typical day in the role will include;

  • To directly support a small group of children with special educational needs
  • To provide high quality education caring for children in partnership with their parents
  • To be part of a multi-disciplinary team in an integrated nursery provision
