Job summary

Orbital South Colleges Group is seeking an Early Years Lecturer to join our team in Redhill. You will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to learners pursuing Early Years qualifications and support their knowledge, skills and confidence as they progress toward future careers.

You will contribute to curriculum delivery, assess learners, and participate in professional development. The role is established salaried at 0.6 FTE with a supportive college environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent industrial or professional qualification.
• Teaching qualification or willing to work towards.
• Knowledge of current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum.
• Understanding of challenges in teaching and learning in FE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to Early Years learners.
• Support learners to develop knowledge, skills and confidence for their future careers.
• Contribute to curriculum development and assessment activities.
• Participate in rolling applications and pre-employment checks as required.
