Job summary

Connaught Resourcing Ltd (Education) is partnering with a Hampstead-based prep school to recruit an experienced Learning Support Assistant for children aged 2–4. You will contribute to creating engaging classrooms with play spaces that support the Early Years Foundation Stage and age-appropriate learning activities.

The role is part-time, 10:00–14:00, term-time only, and includes DBS/background checks as part of our recruitment procedures. Prior EYFS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Learning Support Assistant in early years.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework and age-2 to 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Support learning for children aged 2–4 years in EYFS.
• Contribute to exciting classrooms with centres for learning and play.
• Provide cover duties for Nursery staff.
• Part-time, term-time only.

Job description

We are currently working with a Prep School looking for an experience Learning Support Assistant based in Hampstead.

Learning Support Assistant for children aged 2-4 years. With a deep knowledge of Early Years Education and the Early Years Foundation Stage, you will contribute to creating exciting classrooms with centres for learning and areas of play that integrate all areas of the curriculum. You will participate in adult led and child-initiated learning, engaging with children and forming strong bonds.

This role is part-time 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and provides cover duty for Nursery staff. The role is Term Time Only -
