Herefordshire Council is seeking Best Start in Life Inclusion Practitioners for a fixed-term 2-year contract. The role is 37 hours per week, based at HARC in Hereford (HR2 6LA). Closing date 20 November 2026.

Salary ranges from £29,071 to £33,119 per annum with a contributory pension and benefits. The role focuses on supporting children and families accessing services, groups and Family Hubs, addressing potential barriers to academic achievement and improving outcomes for young children with

Competenze

• Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
• Recent experience in early years and SEND knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate across services to support families.
