Herefordshire Council is seeking a Principal Best Start in Life Inclusion Practitioner to lead the Best Start In Life Inclusion Team within the Early Years SEND Inclusion Service in Herefordshire. The role focuses on supporting children and families accessing services, groups and Family Hubs, with a clear emphasis on improving outcomes for young children with additional needs.

• Qualified Teacher status and experience of early Years teaching.
• Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice (2015) and Equality Act 2010.
