Kent County Council is recruiting two Best Start Inclusion Practitioners to support 0–11s, with focus on 0–5s, across Swale and district. Roles involve one full-time (37 hours) and one part-time (18.5 hours) position, with flexible hours including twilight/evenings and home visits.

You will work within Family Hubs with families, partners and professionals to identify needs, deliver evidence-based interventions and improve outcomes for children in the local community.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in relevant field.
• Experience supporting vulnerable children and families.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Deliver targeted support to children and families to improve outcomes.
• Work in home visits and group interventions within Family Hub settings.
• Collaborate with health visitors, SEND services, schools and other agencies.
• Promote safeguarding and confidentiality in all duties.
