Bright Horizons is hiring an Early Years Housekeeper for the Didsbury nursery in Manchester. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe environment for children, staff and families, including toilet hygiene and daily laundry.

Applicants should have prior cleaning experience and a Food Safety Level 2 or higher, with COSHH and health & safety knowledge. DBS checks apply; the role is full-time with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning in a domestic or commercial setting.
• Food Safety Level 2 or higher required on day 1.
• Sound COSHH and health & safety knowledge.
• Good communication with colleagues, children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Keep nursery clean and safe for children and staff.
• Carry out daily laundry and assist with mealtimes.
• Help with additional nursery tasks and equipment cleaning.
