Job summary

Miss Daisy's Nursery Schools in London is seeking Qualified Educators to join the Brook Green settings. These full‑time roles run Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, delivering high‑quality care and EYFS education for children aged 0–5.

You will plan and implement engaging activities, observe and assess development, work closely with parents and colleagues, and maintain accurate progress records in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification).
• Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of child development theories and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.
• Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern.
• Collaborate with parents and other staff to support children's individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Paediatric First Aid
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
